Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@petpointzone.com.
Returns must be sent to the following address: 3891 Briggs Rd Columbus, Ohio 43228. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — these will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

You received the wrong item

The item is defective
We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (e.g., food or treats)

Personalized or custom items

Personal care products (e.g., shampoos, wipes)

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or sprays)
Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@petpointzone.com.
